I had a Christmas party last month, and served some of my favorite appetizers. People asked for the recipe, so I thought I'd post it where everyone can see it. Hi all!
1 lb sausage
3 cups shredded co-jack cheese
1 cup Ranch dressing
Pre-heat oven to 350.
Filling - Cook and drain sausage. Mix with cheese and ranch.
Wonton cups - Grease mini-muffin pans. Press won tons into pans, being careful not to poke holes in them. Cook wontons about 5 minutes or until light brown. Fill with sausage mix and cook for another 5 minutes. Serve hot.
The hardest part of this recipe is finding the wonton wrappers. They're in the refrigerated produce section, usually around the organic stuff.
